Privacy and access to information

How to make an Access to Information or Privacy request

To make a request for information held by Invest in Canada, please complete either the Access to Information Request Form or the Personal Information Request Form, or send a letter indicating that your request is made in accordance with the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act and describe the information to the ATIP office. Please include details that will enable us to search for relevant records. Your request may be submitted to:
